As previously confirmed, Wolf Parade will be appearing at Montreal’s Osheaga festival in September. They’ll be playing on the second day of the festival on September 3rd. Tickets for this have just gone on sale in the last few days. They can be purchased through admission.com by clicking here.
Wolf Parade will appear alongside a really decent line-up that includes; Sonic Youth, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Final Fantasy, Herman Dune and loads more. Not too pricey, either. Check out the full list on the official festival website:

Wolf Parade are one of ten artists nominated for Canada’s album of the year award. The prize includes Canadian artists only and is based on artistic merit as oppose to sales or a specified genre for albums released between June 1st, 2005 and May 31st, 2006. The voting will commence from over 100 local and national journalists to be announced on September 18th 2006 in Toronto. The award being an appetising $20,000.
