Hey Everyone,

Just a quick update. I decided to lock this topic for now. It was great while it lasted. Thanks to Dan for answering some of the questions. Hopefully we can sit down with him again in the future.

I'm not sure if this is the kind of question you were looking for. I was going to ask Dan this in that interview last summer that didn't end up working out.

You've written songs for both WP & HF that concern leaving cities ("The Grey Estates" and "Handsome Furs Hate This City" come to mind). Do you feel suffocated living in a city and prefer the countryside?

What were some of the first Wolf Parade songs? As in, out of the released material what songs are the oldest. Or in a different wording, did you play any of the recorded material at the first Wolf Parade shows?

What goes in to writing a song and how does the process differ between projects? How many iterations or phases does a song go through in it's life before being played live or recorded and how long, typically, does it take for a song to go from a germ to a finished product?
